The ACG can use Win CE or Android as its operating system. With a large 5" screen, internal Wi-Fi and 3G network card, surfing the net is no longer a process of waiting but a convenient lifestyle to enjoy. The touch interface allows the user to read articles while commuting, checking the latest news and staying up to date on new fashions. The built-in 3-Mega pixel camera means you can record the exciting moments in your life at any time. ACG is also a map based social networking device so the traveler in you can look for friends with similar plans on the Internet and share/record your stories.
The user research, market positioning, external design, user interface, software and customization process in this project were all carried out independently by PEGA D&E. During the product development process "system integration" was the part that took the most time and gave us the greatest sense of achievement. In the past, all of our experience was based on the traditional Microsoft operating system, so mobile device systems like Win CE and Android were unfamiliar territory. The design team wracked their brains to integrate hardware from different suppliers to run smoothly under a new architecture. We tried all kinds of solutions, and in the end, wrote our own drivers and applications.
